In 2010, Weber co-founded TrainerRoad, an AI-powered physical training program, growing it into a leading platform in the indoor cycling community. Working across engineering, product strategy, design, and business operations, he played a key role in scaling the company’s technology and customer base.
In 2015, Weber helped build The Sufferfest Training System, which was sold toWahoo Fitnessin 2019. Following the acquisition, Weber led software development for Training Services at Wahoo Fitness. His team launched Wahoo SYSTM in 2021 and continued to deliver ongoing product enhancements. He also contributed to the company’s innovation efforts, exploring new products and growth opportunities.
He later transitioned into GovTech, serving as a Solution Architect for theNevada Secretary of State. In that role, he helped buildSilverFlume, Nevada’s online business portal that modernized how entrepreneurs register and manage their businesses.
