Tom Spangler Joins Madison AI as Board Member and Advisor
Madison AI welcomed GovTech leader Tom Spengler to the team as a Board Member and Advisor in September 2025. He brings more than 25 years of transformative public-sector technology experience to the team.
Spengler is widely recognized for shaping the modern GovTech landscape. He is the co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ofGranicus, co-founder and CEO ofRock Solidand CEO ofSOVRA. Throughout his career, he has helped governments across the country adopt technology that strengthens transparency, public engagement, and operational effectiveness.
