Milpitas Begins Pilot of Purpose-Built AI Technology for Municipal Operations

January 15, 2025 — The City of Milpitas, California, launched a pilot of Madison AI’s technology in January of 2025, taking a significant step toward exploring how purpose-built generative AI tools can support the city’s day-to-day operations.

The collaboration reflects the city’s commitment to evaluating technology that can enhance staff efficiency while meeting Milpitas’ unique operational needs.

Milpitas is exploring how Madison AI’s technology can streamline document-heavy processes, reduce time spent on repetitive administrative tasks and make it easier for staff to navigate information within the City’s internal systems.

Madison AI is built entirely upon Milpitas’ own data, ensuring the City retains full control over how its information is stored and used.
