DeForest Partners with Madison AI to Lead Wisconsin Municipalities Toward the Era of AI

The Village of DeForest, Wisconsin, in partnership with Madison AI, has introduced a Citywide artificial intelligence (AI) model that will help modernize Village operations. As the first municipality in Wisconsin to deploy Madison AI, the initiative is part of DeForest’s efforts to upgrade municipal technology and return valuable time to Village staff.

DeForest faces ongoing challenges in managing disconnected software systems across departments. Working with a small team, it is vital for DeForest staff to allocate resources properly and efficiently to avoid staff burnout. The Citywide assistant helps staff locate data easily in a single, centralized source to avoid the time it takes for manual research.

By transitioning into Madison AI’s platform, staff will be empowered to allocate their time more efficiently without compromising quality and accuracy.
