Dana Searcy Joins Madison AI as a Principal Strategist
Dana Searcy joined Team Madison AI in November 2025 as a Principal Strategist. She comes to Madison AI after years of public service with Washoe County in Northern Nevada, where Madison AI was founded.

Searcy recently completed the development of the Nevada Cares Campus project as the Division Director of Housing & Homeless Services. She has deep experience in public-sector leadership and is well-known for her skills in bringing people together, cutting through complexity, and turning ideas into action.
