City of Centerville, OH, Partners with Madison AI to Centralize Municipal Knowledge and Streamline Operations

The City of Centerville, Ohio, has partnered with Madison AI to implement a citywide artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that cuts through administrative complexities, accelerates routine tasks, and improves staff's access to critical information across all departments.

This customized tool equips employees to instantly locate internal policies, retrieve decades of institutional knowledge, and streamline daily workflows. By seamlessly bridging the information gap between departments, the tool ensures that staff can bypass hours of manual research, gaining valuable time back to better serve the Centerville community.

To kick off the partnership, the Madison AI team conducted a hands-on, onsite training with 60 City staff. Centerville demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation as departments actively engaged with the training and incorporated the Madison AI tool into their daily operations.

Because the citywide assistant is trained strictly on Centerville’s enterprise data, it ensures total accuracy while retaining control and privacy over its information. This approach prevents the hallucinations common in generic AI tools, guaranteeing that every answer provided to staff is securely cited from the City's records.
