Thank you for using Madison AI, an AI-driven application built on Microsoft Azure. Madison AI (“the Application”) is powered by Microsoft Azure, and as such, it operates under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum. This Privacy Policy explains additional details about how Madison AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your data when you use our Application.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the Application, we may collect the following types of information:

1. Email: We may collect user email addresses for authentication processes.
2. Openid: We may collect openid information from Microsoft for authentication and user sign in.
3. Microsoft Profile: We may collect profile information from Microsoft for authentication.
4. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Application, including but not limited to, your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and other diagnostic data.
5. Usage User-Provided Content: Any information, text, images, or other content that you upload while using the Application.
6. Usage Chat History: Prompts you use to generate content and your sentiment about the quality of the response.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

1. To Provide and Improve the Application: We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Application’s functionality, features, and user experience.
2. To Analyze Usage: We use Usage Data to analyze trends and monitor usage patterns to improve the Application and to understand how users engage with it.

When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it within ninety (90) days of that determination.

2. Delete: You may request the deletion of your chat history by contacting us. We will comply with your request as required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.
